Will this work with my software?
If it has a connector, an API or scheduled exports, usually yes. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you on the call rather than sell you a workaround.
Do you need access to our records?
No. I work with test data and identifiers. The only logins I hold are the ones you issue and can revoke.
What if we want to stop?
Everything is built in your accounts. You keep the source, the runbook and the credentials whether I’m involved or not.
What does the retainer cover?
Keeping your systems running, fixes, updates and a short monthly report. Software and ad budgets are paid directly by you. See pricing.
How long does setup take?
About 8 weeks from audit to handover. Timing can vary with how quickly your team responds and how complex any custom work is.
Is this a compliance service?
No. I build systems with clear limits on what the AI can reach. Your regulatory obligations remain yours, and I’ll say so in writing.
I’m not a clinic. Does this apply to me?
Yes. The systems started in my own physiotherapy business, and most work for any business that takes calls, bookings or customers.
