Services / pricing
Three ways in. All of them end with you owning the systems.
Everything is wired around the software you already use, at fixed scope and fixed price, written down before anything is built. Starting from nothing? That’s a ground-up build, same process.
Founding client pricing: first 5 clients
In return, you take part in a measured case study: a before-and-after count of the results, and a testimonial in your own words. It gets published honestly, whatever the result, and it says you paid founding pricing. The lower retainer lasts 12 months, then moves to the regular price.

Book a callThe retainer
One retainer runs every system.
What it replaces
No separate bills for admin help, a social media agency or ad management. One monthly fee keeps it all running, fixed and tested, with a short report on what it did. You own everything, and you can leave any time.
What costs extra
Software runs about $236/mo CAD, paid directly to each provider, and depends on your package. Your ad budget is also yours, paid directly to Google or Meta. All prices are in CAD.

How an engagement runs
Audit
I watch the work happen, in person or on a screen share, and write down every task that repeats. You get the map whether you continue or not.
Scope and boundary
We agree what gets built and where the data boundary sits. Signed off before any tool is connected.
Build and shadow-run
Each system runs alongside the manual process until it is demonstrably right, then takes over.
Handover
Credentials, source, runbook and the data-flow record go to you. Nothing stays locked to me.
Questions
What people ask first.
What does the retainer cover?
Keeping your systems running, fixing what breaks, updating them as the tools change, and a short monthly report. Software and ad budgets are paid directly by you.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Everything is set up on accounts in your name. You keep the source, the runbook and the credentials.
What about data and privacy?
Every system is built to the rules for patient data, the strictest we work under. Each tool gets the smallest access that does the job, and you approve what goes out.
What if I want to stop?
Stop the retainer and you keep everything. I stop maintaining it, and nothing is locked to me.
How long does setup take?
About 8 weeks from audit to handover, with each system running beside your old process until it’s proven. Timing can vary with how quickly your team responds and how complex any custom work is.
What does the founding case study ask of me?
A before-and-after count of the numbers that matter, a short check-in or two, and a testimonial in your own words. Say what you really think. It’s published as written, with a note that you paid founding pricing.
I’m not a clinic. Does this apply to me?
Yes. The systems started in my own physiotherapy business, and most work for any business that takes calls, bookings or customers. Clinic packages add the privacy and regulatory setup.
Not sure which package fits?
Most owners don’t know until someone counts the hours. That’s what the call is for.
